About Julie

Flagler County is my Paradise. It has it all; lush greenery, clean air, uncrowded beaches, great restaurants, golf courses, Intracoastal and Ocean for boaters, beautiful nature trails, and many parks. I love walking the beach and watching for Dolphin and Wright Whales. Boating allows me to view a variety of birds, dolphins, manatees, and explore new places. Flagler County is dog-friendly, so bring them to play at the beach, anywhere but the 20 blocks by the Pier in Flagler Beach. Some outside restaurants will welcome your 4 legged friends too. There are also a few dog parks in the county.
I started my career as a Realtor in 2003. I am a full-time Realtor and love my job, and I know my customers feel this. I have experienced the boom, the depressed market, and now the recovery. I’ve earned many awards for being a top producer. I taught and mentored new agents for many years to help them with a great start to hit the ground running.
Before Real Estate, I was a claims adjuster for a large insurance company and negotiated bodily injury and property damage claims. My strong negotiating skills will help you sell your home or purchase a home for the best possible price. You won’t be sorry if you choose me as your Realtor. I grew up in Haddonfield, NJ (South Jersey). In 1988 I moved to Colorado to satisfy my desire for adventure such as skiing, rafting, camping, and hiking. We moved to Palm Coast in 1999 to be close to the coast again and found Paradise.
